Skinny Jeans

Wow, what the hell?  I switched to green tea from coffee.. cut back on the wine.. eating less..getting better sleep, drinking water to keep hydrated, and lost 9 pounds in a week.  Good stuff.
Maybe it's mostly water weight that I lost, but my skinny jeans are fitting me, they are tight jeans, but they fit.  I don't want to get too skinny.  That has happened to me before.. it's all about maintaining a healthy weight.  It takes discipline, hard core discipline.. denial at times.. drink water instead of ice cream at times.. it's tough.. but just gotta do it.
OK, I hope this inspires you to get back into your skinny jeans and be healthy.
