So, anyways, I am very happy to have my film in such a great retail store.  Thank you Family Video!  And thank you for all your enthusiasm and support!  

I am currently filming a new movie, it's a Mystery.  It is based on a story I wrote called The Audition.  A very avant garde film which delves into the world of experimental art.  

Here is a picture of the new addition to the Riffel family.. an 8 week old chihuahua puppy, he is my Dad's dog.  He's super smart!  My Dad wants to call him 'Rio'.  But, I am thinking 'Tinker Toy', or maybe 'Rhinestone Cowboy', Lol ;-)... or 'Fosse'.. Mary Carey came up with that name.. my other dog is a very big huge American Bull Dog.. his name is 'Broadway'.

Skinny Jeans

Wow, what the hell?  I switched to green tea from coffee.. cut back on the wine.. eating less..getting better sleep, drinking water to keep hydrated, and lost 9 pounds in a week.  Good stuff.
Maybe it's mostly water weight that I lost, but my skinny jeans are fitting me, they are tight jeans, but they fit.  I don't want to get too skinny.  That has happened to me before.. it's all about maintaining a healthy weight.  It takes discipline, hard core discipline.. denial at times.. drink water instead of ice cream at times.. it's tough.. but just gotta do it.
OK, I hope this inspires you to get back into your skinny jeans and be healthy.

Day 2 and did Green Tea again.. no coffee.  Oh, the new healthy diet is going great! lol...  I wish I had my Arabian horse, Vindicator was his name, we called him Vinnie.  And my other Arabian/Quarter Horse, Shiloh.. so sweet.
